Hotel contracting does not only concern the mass ones reservations, but also individual customers. According to “Hotel contracting” an agreement is concluded between the hotelier and the travel agent, for offering the services of the former to a traveler-client of the latter. From above it appears that the parties to the hotel contract are two, the hotelier and tour operator/travel agent. However, at a second glance, it is observed that there is essentially a third party liability relationship, as the services of the hotelier are offered to each customer of the travel agent, therefore the parties to the contract are the hotelier, the travel agent, and the client to whom the hotel is provided services.
